About Cesar Torres
Cesar Torres earned his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and a Masters of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Depaul University.
Cesar is the author of the short story collection “The 12 Burning Wheels.” His first published short story appeared in The Willows Magazine in fall of 2008. He is currently at work on a new novel. He lives in Chicago.
Cesar also works in the field of user experience, interaction design, HCI and he writes for the tech publication Ars Technica, where he is Social Editor.
