Cesar Torres earned his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and has worked in online publishing as producer and editor for more than 10 years. He currently works in Web and content development, user experience in the healthcare sector and is pursuing a masters in information architecture (focusing on e-book usability) from DePaul University.
Cesar is the author of the short story collection “The 12 Burning Wheels.” His first published short story appeared in The Willows Magazine in fall of 2008. He lives in Chicago.
